Give yourself plenty of time before the interview due to poor parking spaces available causing huge queues. You TRY to phone the department to inform them only for the phone to constantly ring (I called 17 times, left a voicemail too) no answer whatsoever,only for them to refuse doing the interview. The interviewer's were then standing in the hallway for 35 minutes before telling me they are refusing to go ahead with my interview because "I was late", when in fact I was NOT late, the queue for the lack of parking made me late. I was very early. I even showed the ward receptionist how many times I called them and she was appalled. Very poor attitude

Everyone is treated the same and in return, staff know their roles and responsibilities working for the NHS and providing a service of the highest standard. I have worked in the NHS for a number of years and believe they provide an excellent service to the patients.
