Really nice people and place to work

Fantastic colleagues, but a lot of nepotism and lack of listening by senior managers
I mostly enjoyed my time there. I was grateful for the opportunity as I didn't have direct experience. My colleagues were kind, dedicated and hard working and my immediate managers were supportive. It was frustrating at times because senior managers weren't responsive to feedback or advice on what would work and what wouldn't.
