Varied workplaceBusy, fast paced environment but ultimately rewarding. The most enjoyable part of this job was being part of a team and being confident enough to deal with any situation that occurred.

StimulatingWorking at UHCW has been lively, demanding teamwork, involving learning how to use complex systems. Interaction with patients by telephone was rewarding, and dealing with colleagues was generally good. Management were helpful and available. Standards were high, systems were effective but tough to learn thoroughly.

Not the best place to workI feel that the nhs as a whole has declined in its overall care of patients and focuses more on the monetary side of things. This is something that frustrates me greatly as management just push for results and not patient care.
