Stressful
Stressful and negative environment. Negative department. Over-stretched service and lack of consultants to provide full service. Referral service meds changing for department to run smoothlyClinical Scientist in Poole

The worst work experience
These people there do as little work as possible, get agitated when someone questions this and spend all their time creating dramas. And management does nothing about it. Cross sectional Radiographer in Bournemouth, Dorset

Stressful with no thanks for the extra work done
The trust has gone down hill. No appreciation for how understaffed we are and how many night/evening/early shifts we are having to cover due to lack of staff. No support during stressful situations just expected to get on with it. Training abysmal, left to operate scanners with little experience or back up.Bank Administrator in Bournemouth

Unfairly treated
Bank staff are being treated as the lower cast of the staff! disgusting practice at 2021, also lower pay. The hardest part is every job they advertise you still have to go through IV with the department and the chances of moving from bank to permanent or part time is very hard. The bank department is not helpful either they provide misleading info to people who really wanted to get into nhs.Staff Nurse in Poole, Dorset

Not very good place to work especially as a foreigner.
They always see you as a competition and try to bring you down by treating you like you know nothing. They will never support you as a foreigner but will support their English counterparts, they’ll rather put an English student nurse or newly qualified nurse before you. They’ll criticise everything you do just to make you feel little about yourself and if you stand up to them they’ll gang up against you and try to put you in trouble. They’ll connive amongst themselves and ask each other to write reports about you unknowingly to you. When you have issues with one person they’ll all support themselves but no support for you. Poole hospital is generally a horrible place to work. I stayed this long for the patients and the fact that they make you feel like you can never get a job elsewhere as you’re not good enough. Only when you leave you’ll realise that other hospitals appreciate you. What would you say about your employer?
