Every department in the LRI has bullying but the worst by far is the domestic team. If it was possible they should suspend most of the team leaders especially the one the runs who runs it. Investigate and ask the domestics to say the real truth about that department.

This place has slid to rock bottom in morale and practicality-it needs a massive turn around, stop the rot from the top. Shame because other aspects of the surgical directorate such as recovery seem to run fine.

I was proud to tell people I worked for the NHS.
