A massive team of people, but the staff are all super lovely, best team I’ve worked with. Very interesting environment. And there is lots of opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge. Couldn’t recommend a lace to work more than this.
You learn a lot when working in this job, every day is a chance to learn and grow and having strong encouraging colleagues that were always there to help me was great, I felt a part of the family. My supervisor was amazing, she was friendly, kind, supported me, encouraged me, helped me build my confidence and motivation. My supervisor and my colleague were amazing, wouldn't change them for the world. It can be hard at first trying to remember everything but with time you get better and you can set personal targets transforming those weaknesses into strengths, with the support of colleagues and your supervisor you will be okay. Never be afraid to ask questions because that is the best way to learn and to grow.
Very fast-paced and stressful environment, most nurses and doctors are nice and agreeable, some of the senior staff are very entitled and do no work themselves
Not once is parking raised as being an issue. Accepted a job and then found that there was actually no parking available!
HR chase you to chase referees - I thought that would be their job?
Payroll were extremely unhelpful and rude - despite the fact that had made miscalculations and were unaware of basic facts.
I love working for the trust, can sometimes be hectic, you get payed monthly but its good rate of pay you get payed properly for overtime and weekend work, best job I've ever had.
