Not the best experience I had
I experienced a taste of favouritism as that particular group leader seemed to show more appreciation for the work of the other postdoctoral scientist than mine although I sacrificed almost every weekend and holiday. Also there was quite a lot of bureaucracy because I was waiting for months just for a few signatures so that the necessary funds were released. As a result, I faced serious delays with my work. I wouldn't like to work there again and I believe that position I held offered nothing to my career progression.Maintenance Manager in Birmingham
