Working as Course representative
Took action to often try and change the school system to help better student experience and projects. Although it took a while to get the changes needed they were eventually heard and acted upon. Could reach upper management and discuss with them to help make improvements from a higher level.

Hierarchy
Constant hierarchy issues. Constant *itchy mess and a clear favouritism mindset. Only like people if “your face fits” situation. The hirer ups wouldn’t take the time to know you, would only talk to you when they wanted to shout at you. Avoid at all costs

Great workplace I'm missing to this day
Brighton University offer a culture of inclusivity and respect. Working multiple jobs in the customer facing environment I'll consider this the best so far. Frequent shifts, flexibility and possibility to develop skills really quickly. Friendly staff and colleagues. Honestly could not recommend enough!

Never boring
Fast paced and heavy workload but also friendly and flexible. Good terms and conditions, flexible working, excellent annual leave. Lots of opportunities to get invovled in projects and collaborative working. Supportive colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
