Days typically started at 9am and ended around 4pm. My lab was very friendly and supportive with excellence guidance offered if I was unsure on a certain experimental protocol.

Flexible working and good benefits

Able to attend numerous courses to help with career development. Flexible working allows for a good/work balance. Working alongside varing professionals gives a more dynamic team.

Good employer

Working for the University of Cambridge at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus is a good experience. Unfortunately when your role is a research based, the position is not secured ( when funding ends that's it you are out of work)
