Seemed to me that departments varied, so ask questions about the specific role and colleagues and working conditions. I left because of external factors, but could see that some managers were not as good as others.

Far better than most
I have worked in quite a few different jobs, and on the whole, this is a much more enjoyable place to work than most. There are always some who spoil the generally pleasant atmosphere, but on the whole, it has a congenial vibe and people try to do a good job and get along with each other.
