Can I learn something there

Different computer program and working on telephone with this. Use of diplomacy and persuasion to explain campaign and rapport without being pushy with client. Was good to talk to previous students and hear their experiences.
I learnt an immense amount working here, but mostly through my own efforts. Training and support was very variable, you had to swim or sink.
At the times when the staff number is small, there is a lot of load on individual staff.
