Friendly staff and flexible work
Digital Learning Associate (Former Employee) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire - 6 September 2023
Amazingly friendly and cooperative staff, very conscious of the student workload, and did their best to work around our schedules. The work itself was very varied, which made it fun - from podcasts to module reviews.

Great environment Wages and pension ace . Staff good working environment shift work steady but good balance would recommend other departments to start with

My department is great and is very supportive. Workloads are a bit on the high side but this is acknowledged are the dept does what it can to reduce workload. Morale is pretty bad because of continual loss of pay and imposition from University Management. Compared to other Unis it is probably not too bad
