Questions and Answers about University of Southampton
18 questions about working at University of Southampton
What is the organisational culture at University of Southampton?
Very stuffy and snobby culture. Management are completely disconnected from how out of touch they are and how the rest of the HE sector and students views them. They never stop talking about how they're a founding member of the Russell Group, but nobody cares about this. They have failed to innovate and are being rapidly left behind by other more modern universities. Full of out of touch, unambitious people just whiling away the days with pointless busywork until they can cash in their DB pensions.Asked 17 July 2017
