Filling hall operative in Trafford Park, Greater Manchester
Unless your desperate for money I would just avoid working here
Don't apply for a manufacturing role. They just treat you like a scum bag that doesn't have any rights, but they're is some decent lads there though.
Home Delivery Driver in Exeter, Devon
Not if you have a family
Working at Exeter fulfilment centre until being forced out of the company by heavy handed management who made a mountain out of a mole hill. You will be in your van seven days a week (sun evening-sat morning) and if your not asleep in the chair on a Saturday night by 10 you’ve done well. When you consider your working nights this salary isn’t as good as it looks. If your face fits your fine but I wish I’d never set foot in there and if you still want to apply make sure your squeaky clean.
Unfair business, do not pay employees equally. Managers don’t respond to emails / concerns. High turnover of staff. High pressure with less staff and still expected to get it done. Stressful!!
Technical Operator in Market Drayton, Staffordshire
Dreadful place to work
I worked as a technical operator and I can say it's by far the worst environment I have ever worked in. Management do nothing but try and bully you. Working with machines that are falling apart. A few genuine work colleagues the rest back stab you and are nice to your face really low morale place and very negative. I literally wouldn't send my worst enemy there the place is shambolic.
