Nice bunch of lads

I have worked for Urban for 9 months . It is a good company and most people are easy to get on with . Maybe not as well organised as the bigger firms .

poor management. no respect to employees

The management is very poor, no interview was carried out just got a trial day. No training was provided. Got handed a note pad and pen "take drink order". No training and no regard for safety of employees. Tripping hazards on stairs in kp area and not dealt with.

Flexibility and freedom

It is fantastic that they take care of the marketing, bookings scheduling, customer complaints etc. You only have to worry about the service that you deliver which is very helpful when you want to have freedom. I cannot recommend it enough for people that want to have the flexibility to live their life as they please. Cons A lot of evening and weekend work

Unfair working place

Useless and no justice in that company. They would allow any unfair reviews and attitudes, which can not be acceptable! A person's dignity is taken away from them.
