What advice would you give the CEO of Urban about how to improve it?

Give the option to accept or refuse 2 hours massage as depending on the person, daily activity etc etc it can be very tiring and in certain treatments 2 hours is too much time, you risk to overwork and area and reverse treatment goal.
Interact more with the staff :)
