I joined Utilita from another energy company and BOY was I shocked what I found out. You will be lied to during the interview about the earning potential. They forget to tell you that Utilita right now will not sign up anything apart from old key meters. They are not installing Smart Meters because they do not have any, you cant take on direct debit customers or any customers who are on SMETS2. 90% of your day will be talking to children, people with poor English or existing customers. The data has been recycled and recycled over and over again. It is definitely one to avoid. The compliance teams are also super strict, nothing gets passed them as they will listen to almost every sale and find a reason to take it from you. Fail 2 calls and you get nothing. Nothing at all !

Stress first day in field
Was a bit wary at first, but induction and on line training was fairly good. My anxieties were put at ease, or so I thought. Day one in the field my mentoring consisted of watching 2 sales, then told "your on your own, go give it a try , see how you go " Immediate stress ! which got worse as each day went on, even the quotes given to the customer turned out higher than their current provider,but told to say we had not got our new tariffs yet ! , lines like " were changing all the meters BULL S**T , told after first week that I need to improve or we need to have a chat ............
