Fast paced
Good company to work for and rewarded for hard work opportunity to gain promotions quickly also when performing at a high level

Stressful lack of good management
One of the worst companies I’ve worked for. Management do not care as long as your making them sales. HR are very disorganised and salary was over promised on job description.
Inbound Telesales Executive in London

Terrible and sneaky management
The customers can be awful to you and management won’t have your back. Operations seemed very dodgy. Management informed us that only a few staff would be made redundant and then proceeded to make us all redundant. Employees were consistently lied to and kept in the dark. Led us to believe the company was doing much better than it actually was.
Sales Executive - Contract (Full time) in Croydon

Job sustainability
Left the company in April this year. The job is stressful lot of pressure to hit target. Lose a lot of commission if you don’t hit a certain band by having to sell an insurance package to substain the average sales per hour. Very hard target to meet. The customers were ok. Management was okay they did help of you require it and the working environment is a bit random at times. If you don’t hit a target a day it can bring on ww3 which in most situations not everyday can be a good day that’s just working life and management don’t seem to understand that. Reading from a paper script is a bit dated. Technology that we have to day I think that script on the system should be implemented. A better and fairer bonus benchmark should be addressed and extremely high staff turnover. The usb life span can be months for most of the staff

Good Team
I enjoyed my time with Utility Switchboard. They had a very friendly & welcoming environment to work in with lovely colleagues only issue was the weekend work and late shifts really.
