Yes they do
No they work good with flexi hours
The hours are rota based.. but the struggle to employ staff makes that impossible.. so they become very random.. difficult to organise your personal-life..
They try their best to be as flexible as they can, but you should have in mind its based on the needs of the service. so bare in mind they must come first, as its a 24/7 365 days of the year.
