The working hours are great if your a deputy or Senior and doing the rota to suit yourself and your cronies.
Staff work long and flexible hours. It's par for the course being in this line of work as we're told. Just don't expect any thanks for this or any significant financial benefits.
You are aware of the hours before you take the job so pointless complaining about them once you have finished!
They vary, depending on the needs of the service. Once again the minority believe its their right to choose what hrs., days etc they work. THEY ARE NOT SELF EMPLOYED. but think they should be treated as so. yes flexibility is a wonderful thing but surely must work two ways. again the minority spoil it for the majority
Current or former employees either hate or love this company.. whats certain.. is that they dont value their staff! Its underpaid and profit driven. You will sell your soul for the benefit of the residents.. with little thanks.. if your face fits sure describes the company.. cliques run throughout the company.. mainly in management..
Awful. Management will change Rota last minute. You will not have a home or social life.
Good, shift work is not everyone’s cup of tea but I personally love it because you can do your contracted hours over 3-4 days and then have the rest of the week off. Also overtime is available and always appreciated.
Help jobseekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
