It was a dream job when i started but ended up making me feel ill thinking about going to work.once i left it was like the sun came out and my mood changed literally overnight
In the end I felt depressed.i loathed going there
It’s a job Pays my bills Enjoy the supporting the residents but don’t have enough staff on shift to give them the best quality of life so they miss out.
