Management on day shift were toxic
Night shift was really good and the staff were amazing. When I went to work on days they disregarded my ability and service I had given to the company. Toxic environment on days and managers power tripping.

Let down by performance targets and management.
General staff are nice, but favouritism is rife among TL and management, which is a big deal when you are treated like a rat running on a wheel.. Your productivity is measured all shift though the PC so a big complaint is work is given unfairly. Centre manager has rubbed up a lot of long standing staff in recent years who have since left, very unprofessional. The CEO and exec committee seem nice, but feels like at a centre level the manager rules the roost in isolation. Hours can be good, and overtime was okay before lockdown. Long term not sure where this industry will go, Cash is declining. In conclusion, let down by obsession with performance targets and pushing people out who cannot hit targets. Management seem to be protected by HR.

If your face fits you'll be fine.
If your accepted into the managements criteria, you'll be fine. This will require alot of bum licking. You won't be accepted if you keep your own business to yourself, they would rather you shared it so they can add bits on and gossip behind your back. Whole site management needs looked into. Don't waste your time, look elsewhere.

Great staff, good place to work
A good place to work, work hours are good, staff are very friendly and helpful if you had any problems. The training they give you is excellent. The job is fast paced
