Make it much better pay for the work u do
Treat ALL staff eqaully
Zero tolerance on bullying and intimidation from office staff towards ground staff. I’ve found it’s rife in many depots and it just creates a very toxic working environment which is very counterproductive.
Put every driver on the same contract
Train all drivers to operate all vehicles used
Retrain management on man management
