Customer Support We are People who Protect People. Our teams work with passion and commitment every single day because peace of mind matters to everyone. From our dedicated Alarm Receiving Centre teams, to our friendly customer service teams, and to our knowledgeable technical support teams, we support our loyal customers in a variety of ways, always providing best-in-class service. Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) This is the beating heart of our organisation. As part of a specialist team, when a customer’s alarm triggers, our specially trained agents are there to support with an immediate response. Working with our innovative monitoring system, our agents quickly take charge of the alarm, identify triggers and take immediate corresponding action. ARC roles naturally attract great talent and passionate characters. Our diverse team includes a mix of backgrounds and diverse experience. Every day is different, and with such passionate colleagues, team spirit and professional pride go hand-in-hand in the Verisure Alarm Receiving Centre. Customer Service A core function that supports our loyal customers throughout their individual journies, our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Team work hard to provide fantastic experiences whenever our customers get in touch with us. Customer Service roles also include our new Multi-Channel Team who support via in-app messaging, across social media channels and via email, and also includes our friendly Retention Team who work to resolve customer issues and help customers get the most from their Verisure service. Sales & Bookings Established in Sweden in 1988, we provide peace of mind to millions of customers across Europe.  Our team works passionately every single day to help match customers to the most suitable products and services to ensure that whatever the reason for their interest, we act with trust and responsibility to provide a great service. From receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls following a customer’s expression of interest, to attending their property to provide a tailored review and proposal, we guide our customers through Verisure products and services, arranging demonstrations, and making sure customers know everything to help them make a great decision to suit their individual requirements. Supported with a multimillion-pound TV advertising campaign and many other advanced marketing activities, our colleagues provide best-in-class service to prospective Verisure customers, proudly helping them through their journey to peace of mind for their home or small business. Field Sales Our dedicated field sales team meet customers to introduce Verisure products & services, and to discuss options for creating safe family homes and businesses — offering peace of mind to every customer. Reviewing customers’ security needs and guiding them through a system design, our agents will support customers with home installations to ensure they have the protection they need. Once customers experience peace of mind with Verisure, many customers choose to install systems at multiple properties, both residential and commercial.  As the faces of Verisure, our agents create long-term relationships with customers and are there to support future requirements. Telesales Our Telesales Team receives inbound calls and makes outbound calls to assist customers with their requirements.  Introducing our products and services to new customers is a crucial role within Verisure. Customers want to find the right products to provide peace of mind, and our Telesales Team, alongside our Field Sales Team, are the first line of assisting customers. They work to determine the customer’s needs, and then provide a tailored specification and quotation to support the needs. As product experts, our Telesales Team work passionately to match customers with great security — every case varies, and our diligent teams make sure the right products meet the right customers. Corporate Functions At Verisure, we work hard to win as a team.  Our central functions support all of our colleagues with services including Human Resources, Finance, I.T., Legal, Procurement, Facilities, Marketing, and Communications. Our corporate functions provide best-in-class support, working with passion and dedication to create a stronger organisation every day.

Our History

Verisure UK was founded in 2014 and has experienced unprecedented growth over the past few years. We already have more than 800 employees, in 36 branches and serve over 60, 000 customers. Globally, with over 30 years’ experience, we have expanded our services to over 3 million customers, in 16 countries across Europe and Latin America. Our strong focus on quality and service means our customers are among the most satisfied in the industry. With over 18,000 colleagues we integrate product development, design and sales with installation, customer service and 24/7 professional monitoring solutions.

Our Service

To keep the promis we make to our customers - to keep them safe - outstanding customer service is critical.  Our people go into our customer's homes and businesses, recommending the products which will protect them most effectively. They install and maintain this equipment. Most importantly, they are there at the moments of truth when alarms are triggered. They are our customer's eyes and ears during intrusions, the vital link to the emergency services- and to safety. If you see one of our people wearing a star, it's because they have saved a life.
