What is the interview process like at Vets for Pets?

Had an initial phone call where we had an informal chat.I followed that up with a message and was invited to an in person interview. I was told that I had interviewed really well and answered all the questions well. I was told that they were interviewing for the rest of the week and I would hear early the next week.Within an hour I got an email through the indeed website saying they were going with someone else. I asked politely for feedback, but never got a response.They the went ahead and advertised the role twice more.
