If you were in charge, what would you do to make Vets4Pets a better place to work?

7 answers

  • Get rid of the ‘management’ at Vets4Pets Hastings

  • Remove the owners from Hastings VETS4PETS and replace them with respectful, compassionate people who actually care about their staff and the animals they look after, rather than the money they’re making

  • Follow up on JVP pretending they're doing the work but actually passing the buck to the lower paid staff members and never being there.

  • Training management skills to JVPs. Less hard sell

  • Shut it diwn

  • I would have more of a focus on their employees and clinical teams. The practices I worked in were both more focussed on making money than supporting staff, particularly when it came to mental health.

  • Begin by treating staff as human beings and not androids. I have always found that if I am treated fairly and with respect, I will offer more in terms of loyalty in return.
