  • Training is reading a manual. Money orientated, greedy, uncaring JVPs

  • I can only comment for the group of 4 practices I belong to and the 3 JVPs we have. I beleive the training has been excellent from my point of view. Mentors are assigned to all colleagues to help develop them and also offer training. CPD is strongly encouraged and also it is encouraged that colleagues deliver learned CPD to each other as well. They are very strong for looking after colleague mental wellbeing as well.

  • Profit driven! No rewards! (Other companies offer bonuses!)
    JVPS have no management training so don’t know what they are doing!!
