Very disappointing company. Overworked and taken for granted. Pay is poor. Lack of support and compassion from management. Very upsetting when you study so hard for your dream job and then toxic people get involved.

Energy and enthusiasm sapping environment
Most of the team was lovely but beyond this, the whole job was just toxic and destroys love for an amazing jobCost comes before staff and patients every timeAnd just not what a vet practice is meant to stand forPlus senior staff have no respect at all for the team, definitely tunnel vision hierarchy where everything revolves around senior members and no one else matters Most of team on minimum wage and that's all that they matterCurrently applying to elsewhere to get out of the environment and build love for nursing back up
