Great working environment
Great working environment with the potential for each person to make a real changes to the way in which the company functions. Huge company employing over 12,000 staff worldwide yeat still a family run business.

Divided Workplace
The office in Telford is very divided between the ground and first floors. All of the support staff are on the ground floor and all of the management are on the first floor. This to me caused divisions as there wasn't much communication between the two.

Forward thinking and supportive company
Excellent company to work for. Plenty of opportunities to progress and grow. Flexible and family orientated. The company staff retention is very high. It’s a modern, well maintained building with plenty of staff facilities.
