In a modernising property industry, we’re on a mission to help all sectors find ever more efficient ways of resourcing – matching variable demand with a flexible, independent workforce via our tech platform built by our team of talented developers.

We’ve set ourselves high targets, and by 2025 we aim to complete 250,000 appointments each year. This will only be achieved by delivering a first-class service by recruiting the best talent to join our fully remote and employed HQ team and expectational self-employed Viewber Members to be our boots on the ground. To find out more about registering for Viewber Membership please visit our website https://viewber.co.uk/become-a-viewber. For employed HQ roles, please read on!

We believe that the future of work is remote, and that’s why our team have been working from home from day one. We have no shared office space we travel to each day to work, but we meet up for Co-Working Days, Hubs and in-person meetings at locations throughout the country.

Of course, working remotely has disadvantages, and it certainly doesn’t suit everyone – but we love the advantages it brings for our HQ Team and us. We view the way that we work as a strength rather than an obstacle, and we work hard to overcome the inevitable challenges.

Most Loved Workplace®: We are proud to have ranked 48 in the UK’s Most Loved Workplaces (2023). This recognition reflects not only our commitment to fostering a positive work environment, but also the unwavering dedication and passion of the entire Viewber HQ Team.

Disability Confident: We are proud of our Disability Confident Employers status. We believe remote working helps us attract and retain talent who, for example, may struggle with mobility or experience sensory sensitivity. You can find details of our Guaranteed Interview Scheme on our careers site.

Distraction-free zone: By its very nature, remote working minimises distractions which is ideal for our tech and product teams, who often need long periods of focus to complete their work.

Eco-Friendly: We are passionate about being a carbon-neutral company. With no office to travel to, our Team travels less, causing less congestion on the roads (albeit we are very aware of home working environmental impacts too).

Hardcore resilience: With no fixed office location, there’s no single point of failure, allowing our teams to work productivity and happily come rain, snow, wind and heat waves!

Super productivity: Contrary to what some would believe, working from home isn’t a free pass to spend the day in bed, and our Team's productivity stats prove this day in and day out.

Talent attraction: Not everyone can or wants to commute, so working remotely allows us to attract and retain the best possible talent from a pool larger than what would normally be expected with a fixed office address.

Interview and onboard process
You should go through 3 stages including an one way interview. It's been a smooth process as no need to rush or what so ever as you have been given 60 days to complete them all. But more importantly the management would be in touch with you if you left it unattended. That's awsome. Communication with the company is an absolute pleasure. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Great little freelance position
Able to choose your own hours and turn down anything too far away. Not regular work but they are very clear about this when you apply.Easy training programme and the ability to specialise in different areas once trained. Great role!

Avoid unless you want to do it for a hobby
Not worth wasting your time.Find yourself competing for little work. Hourly rate dropped and travel mileage expenses stopped.Really not worth wasting your money paying for your own Dbs certificate.
