For most Viewber HQ employed positions an initial telephone interview is held, followed by 1-2 in-person or online interviews. For positions in Tech and Marketing you are likely to have to undertake an assessment. For self-employed Viewber Member positions, a one-way video interview is used whereby questions are asked on the screen and the applicant answers the question on camera. The questions are common sense and are not designed to be difficult but do require effort and interest from the applicant in order to be successful.
