Overall good experience

Working at Village Hotels was an overall decent experience. The team was friendly, and the work environment was generally pleasant. However, the workload could be demanding at times, and there was room for improvement in terms of management and work-life balance.

The worst place I’ve worked at. Unbelievabley boring and the management is not great

Trust me don’t do it to your self you’ll be on poolside by yourself for the a large majority of your shift or sometimes your whole shift. Being on poole side for an hour then getting taken off for 15 min in that 15 min your expected to clean a vast amount of the changing room then your back on poole side . It’s definitely the most lonely job I’ve ever had and the management isn’t particularly gre...
