Fun and fabulous
Cabin Crew (Former Employee) - Horsham, West Sussex - 31 August 2023
Life changing job. Travelling with the most amazing crew. Fun and vibrant company, who really look after their employees. Pay could be better, but enhanced by allowances while away

Virgin family
Cabin Crew (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 30 August 2023
If you’re looking at being cabin crew but stuck between a few long haul airlines. Virgin really is like a family, which is what makes the airline such an amazing place to be, the crew make the company. Everyday is different and of course can be challenging when it comes to time difference/ tiredness. But you’ll have a blast and crew always make the best of a situation. Yes pay could be more , just like most Uk airlines they all work out similar. If you’re looking for an experience then go for it ☺️

It has its perks
Contact Centre Agent (Current Employee) - Swansea, Swansea - 25 August 2023
The job is what it is at the end of the day. Really the only thing that’s keeping me there is perks you get with flights. The wage doesn’t really cater to the needs of the economy

Fun place to work
Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) - Crawley, West Sussex - 23 August 2023
Work hard, play hard, learned a lot, was sad to leave but the salary was not enough unfortunately, made great friends, was able to achieve promotions to several different areas of the business - airline business is not the same as it was

Fun, but not like it used to be
Cabin Crew Member (Former Employee) - Lhr/Lgw - 23 August 2023
Good ole days of flying have long gone. Do it to travel and see a bit of the world then get a secure job. Met great people including great passengers

What you make it.
Cabin Crew Member (Current Employee) - Heathrow, Greater London - 7 August 2023
Be just a number and you won't be disappointed. Be prepared for fatigue. Difficult to talk to your line manager as they also look after about 400 other crew as well.

Ok but poor pay
Customer Service Advisor (Current Employee) - Heathrow, Greater London - 3 August 2023
They don’t pay well. Ok to work for but could be better. They don’t want to improve as a company but just wanna keep to basics. Lots of people come and go

Terrible management
Customer Service Advisor (Current Employee) - Swansea, Swansea - 19 July 2023
Only a handful of managers are nice but some will make your life living nightmare to the point where you detest coming to work. They don’t care about their employees and half of the time you get penalised for no fault of your own! If you get sick they have no empathy, they don’t have any fixed system to book holidays, the work hours are long and hard. Rota is absolute mess and operations planning is the worst of all.

Used to be a great place to work
Customer Relations Advisor (Former Employee) - Swansea, Swansea - 5 June 2023
Worked there for over 10 years until the changes that took place. More responsibilities piled on you with little or no regard to your mental health. Both upper and middle management don’t care for your well being and more interested on who they can pound to the ground to the point of you quitting. Perks used to be great but it’s hard to get the flights you want. Nothing in the scope for promotion if your face doesn’t fit you won’t get anywhere. If your a “yes” person whoever. You will. Avoid like the plague is my advice

Great Crew, Hectic Schedule
Cabin Crew (Current Employee) - Heathrow, Greater London - 1 June 2023
The crew and on-board managers make the job. 99 9% of people are lovely and make the job what it is. There are good travel perks with return trips a year when you only pay tax (approx £150 pp). Downside-they fill your roster with on average five, possibly six one trips a month which isn't maintainable in thr long term. Get used to being tired!

The crew make it
Cabin Crew (Former Employee) - London Heathrow Airport, Greater London - 21 May 2023
Decent crew, when not full time have a very good work life balance. Able to preference early or late starts to help with your commute. Crew rest is spread evenly. Long carribean trips were the best. Since covid I don't think long trips happen anymore which is a shame

Cabin crew are poorly paid and overworked. This job is suitable for youngsters living at home with their parents. Management have no respect for the crew.

Great
Cabin Crew (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 17 May 2023
Fab way to see the world and make friends. Fast paced and a lot of challenges but worth it! Excited to see where the company progresses to. Their new tattoo policy really opened the doors for some people in order to get into aviation

Great experiences but don’t go here if you want a fair wage
Cabin Crew. (Former Employee) - Sussex, WI - 26 April 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? The staff I worked with were amazing! This doesn’t include management, they were awful What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The leaderships lack of genuine concern for staff, they would push you to the absolute brink. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Moral was at an all time low when I left, pay was terrible, benefits stripped to bare minimum and the expectation for you to work double as hard with half the staff.

Great place to work
Flight Attendant (Former Employee) - Manchester, Greater Manchester - 24 April 2023
Great environment to work in, fab people. Management are very ‘clicky’ and not massive room for promotions. Unfortunatley the perks are not once what they were, however still great
