Decent enough if you don't have a life outside of work
I really enjoyed my time at Virgin Holidays, worked there for 2 years. A great company with excellent values. I do however have to mention there is not much of a work life balance, the annualised hours in place are the worst thing the company could have ever done and were the reason I've left. If you don't have any commitments in life then go for it, but if you do good luck and be prepared to sacrifice all of your time.

Fantastic company to work for, but the sales and service department is extremely stressful. Sometimes 600+ calls holding. Pay was terrible unless you were good at selling to build a good commission. Otherwise you would only be getting 1000 a month

No 2 days are the same, fun and rewarding
Our normal day to day tasks and schedule would run close to being the same each day but this differed by flight schedule and delays etcYou get thrown in the deep end which i enjoy as each scenario warrants a different solution. It is a very varied role, Management were very good with following through with what they had promised and i felt heard and valued in my roleIt could get pretty crazy when there are delays or changes for the day but you learn to deal with these as they come

Great benefits but higher management not great
Benefits were great but overall higher management issues and don’t listen to ideas or issues All to clicking and if face didn’t fit there wasn’t much room for you

I loved it at first but hitting targets was hard
I worked there for 1 year and a half before getting made redundant due to covid..It's a lovely company to work for and the lush virgin uniform but very stressful targets...If you didn't hit you would go on a pip it was called which you was monitored by management which wasn't nice...My dreams all went down hill after the stress of targets to be honest ..I longed so long to be a virgin girl but it wasn't as I thought it was...If I went back I would apply for a different position within the airport not retail...If your not into stressful targets this is not for you
