We have a competitive holiday allowance of 25 days that increases with length of service, bank holidays, and the ability to buy and sell an additional 3 days. Being a retail business we are open on some bank holidays and work on a rota basis in each of our stores. However you do have the ability to book this off in line with our holiday policy and discussions with the Store Manager.

Our holiday entitlement includes your bank holiday allowance. Any annual leave requests will need to be requested in line with our holiday policy.

Christmas Day is a public bank holiday and all of our stores are closed. Some of our stores are open on Boxing Day however you are able to book this off in line with our holiday policy and discussions with the Store Manager.

At Vision Express we have set start dates to ensure that our new starters get access to our training program and start in line with our payroll cut off dates. We currently pay are employees on the last working day of each month.

We currently have a 2 stage interview process. Stage one is to allow us to get to know more about you and what you are looking for in your next role. The second stage is to attend a trial for 2-3 hours where you will get to meet the team and find out more about the role. Some of our vacancies in our estate may also include SHL testing.
