Lovely managers, turnaround season not fun

Managers were really nice and helpful/understanding in all situations, and the job was well paid. However, working during turnaround period (August/September) can be stressful as the company places all of the deep cleaning responsibilities on the staff who are not employed to do that job, the working hours can also be slightly antisocial with long shifts starting at 6am and lone working.

Fun workplace

Staff are a great team. Easy to navigate in terms that your never really alone. When asked for help it’s always there which is great. Great pay as well, works well with my schedule

Fair payment bad management team

It was a brand new building with a brand new team, including management team thus the management was lacking on experience a which made the job for all the team a bit harder.Fair payment, training could be better

Good fun but very hard work

Lovely colleagues and resident students, but I feel the company doesn’t value it’s staff or customers. Only interested in money at the expense of cutting corners like too many companies these days. Hours were very antisocial and although the job isn’t advertised as a zero hour contract, the rota could be inconsistent so you couldn’t rely on a living wage each week.
