The battle of popularity... with management
Management (which ever team you work in) will have their absolute favorite people, and they will be their go to people. If you do not 'fit in' with them. You do not exist. You can work so hard and learn so much more than your fellow team mates. But that won't matter.

A great Company to work for.
Great company to work for. Great benefits and they do look after you. There are plenty of opportunities to develop in your career. Great holidays to be won as well.

Stressful and can't keep staff
Stressful work environment. You're asked to do more, but it's not reflected in your pay. You can try and progress, but unless you know someone it's going to be hard. Probation is always extended.

Vitality are brilliant for customers and as long as you don't mind being crushed, stretched and rinsed for every last drop of energy you have (whilst being told by a jolly manager that Vitality really care about your mental health - here, have a lavender chapstick to rub on your temples and you'll be in on Saturday to work 4 hours btw), you will love it as well . You are constantly reviewed, do more, produce more, succeed, aim high, have goals...more pressure, more stress..."sick? sorry that goes as a blemish on your record, but we really care a lot." No thanks.
