Customer service in Basingstoke

Staff are generally lovely

The management and procedure is a joke, no process to follow just opinions! Only 2 of the 7 customer service managers actually have experience in the field. Repairs are awful also I don’t know why they get paid 33k a year to do nothing! Other aspects of the company though are very friendly and nice! Stay clear of customer service and repairs

Great People, as flexible as a company can be with office and site/mobile based staff.

Been at Vivid for several years, office based so cannot talk about site/mobile roles. But have been very flexible with my work life balance. During Covid HR kept in touch and did there best to keep staff informed especially when Furlough started. Even when the Government did not clearly explain what was happening. HR had to learn as they went, but they got there in very challenging circumstances

Awful place to work for

Management are no help whatsoever lie to your face then tell different lies behind your back. supervisors and planning are a joke no dinner breaks and no support a real toxic cesspit. Stay well away
