It’s alright but it’s not perfect

There are a lot of different roles within company, mine however was only on the Grounds and Estates team. If you’ve got a good team to work with then it’s ok.

The management and procedure is a joke, no process to follow just opinions! Only 2 of the 7 customer service managers actually have experience in the field. Repairs are awful also I don’t know why they get paid 33k a year to do nothing! Other aspects of the company though are very friendly and nice! Stay clear of customer service and repairs

Very good company to work for

I really enjoy working for this company and it’s no stress getting up and looking forward to the day.Mental health is big for me and they really look after you here.I enjoy the team I’m in and have a great management team.One slight if any is the communication within the company needs improved, overall I would say if you can get a job here go for it.

Relaxed, good overall

Not a pushy company to work, the amount of jobs expected in a day are fair. The communication from manager level down could do with improving. The planning department needs sorting out as you can drive between different towns all day. I find that the stress levels are low and I do enjoy working here.
