Very good company to work for

I really enjoy working for this company and it’s no stress getting up and looking forward to the day.Mental health is big for me and they really look after you here.I enjoy the team I’m in and have a great management team.One slight if any is the communication within the company needs improved, overall I would say if you can get a job here go for it.

Not worth it

Expected as an installation engineer to travel regularly across Hampshire and get the same money as someone who just works in one area. Wouldn't recommend the job to anybody

Worst place to work

Push you until you pop, worst company. Management don’t care for anyone, promotion culture of friends and family. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone........

First Wessex great, Vivid Not great

VIVID. Recently merged. Lots of staff have recently left where staff have been forced to relocate offices. Not a happy company to work for. Wife, life balance not great either.
