Fun place to work but stressfull
Fun place to work can be extremely stressful at times. Quite long hours but if you enjoy the job then you won't mind! Overall a great place to work most of the time

Worst place ive ever worked
Did my apprenticeship at Motorline VW got sacked as soon as they needed to put me on full wages. take staff for granted, the owners are horrible and have no idea how to treat people.
Product Development Manager in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Dull and cut throat
Don't trust anyone. They will f*** you over the first chance they get.The politics are horrendous. VWFS and VW don't get on (never mind that they are part of the same company). Management are both ruthless and directionless and they make lots of people redundant in good times, so in bad times it must be terrible.
Showroom Host in Canterbury
on 15 September 2020
Productive, Professional, and well rewarding job.
Previously worked as a showroom host at Canterbury Volkswagen whilst studying A-levels. The job can be quite demanding of the whole showroom as a whole on a busy day, with customers streaming through the door and the phones constantly going off, but with a sense of reward at the end of the day when looking back at how many clients were seen. For the age, the monthly wage was over and beyond what was minimum wage. Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Canterbury VW and would highly recommend to future prospectus employees.
Sales Executive in Wolverhampton

Trust Group uk is a bad company
Poor management, very small group vw as a brand is superb but trust group uk are in way over their heads, very poor commission structure and unrealistic target for the level of custom they have, poor prospecting data and gdpr breaches are unbelievable! No support from management and a very prejudice general manager, no job security and an overall joke of a franchise, the managing directors are very rude and greedy would not recommend to anyone!extremely
