It’s okay

It’s a decent place to work just constantly making redundancies . Most managers are sound . Top managers seem to be a problem . They come in promising everything and with 9-10 months they’ve done nothing .

Cost cutting and redundancies

Great bunch of people, but poor management with constant cost cutting and redundancies. High people turnover doesn't help it either. Many old timers now left and so did the the experience and talent.

Lovely people to work with, but understaffed and under valued

Overall a good job, the friday finish is a big bonus. The people are really friendly and some management very flexible. Unfortunately a lot of areas are understaffed, and the staff that are there are often under valued.
