I felt bullied and looked down on and invisible. Everyone has their personality and should not be looked down on for that.
Answered 17 September 2020Pay increase give partners what they deserve not make them work like dogs not being rewarded. London store should pay London living wage due to living cost going up paying people on the cheap doesn't benefit company long run. 2020 no bonus so at least give a pay increase to keep partners
Answered 29 November 2020The hours are OK. It's the individual minutes having to work with lazy partners who get away with doing as little as possible that are a problem. A good day's work would kill them.
Answered 3 September 2018It doesn't really exist. For a group of managers so obsessed with their paperwork and bureaucratic responsibilities, they can't string a functional rota together for anything. They have so many ranks of middle management, you'll never know who is responsible for what - or for your rota, or timecard, or pay - and you'll never find anyone else who knows either. They pay "Team Leaders" a bit more but they don't actually do anything; all training is carried out by other basic level partners and there is no reward when you pull more than your weight.

Answered 29 January 2019They’re always some available but it’s always prioritised for older staff more unless they need someone ASAP
Answered 18 May 2020Consider before hand what makes 'excellent' customer service, this is likely what the interview will be focused on, think what you would do in various situations and how you would respond and approach customers. I was also given a list of Partners with a brief description and skills/training they had, I was then asked to organise them to departments that would ensure the store runs smoothly but ensuring everybody is motivated to work/happy with their position. Some brief questions will also be asked, like when have you noticed a problem and created change to improve it. Its quite a think on yor feet interview that might require a bit of improv. because persoally I hadnt experienced some of the things they were asking with it only being my second job as a student.
