Nice depending on the branch/people

If you get a nice branch with good Partners and a friendly team then you can have a really nice experience and fun working there. If you get a branch with no team work that isn't open to newbies it can be hard. A lot of benefits have gone now and the company is on risky ground at the moment having gone through a few rounds of redundancies and shop closures. They also want people to move to flexible working, so changing shift times/days every week to meet customers needs. This is fine and worked well for me, but it's not for everyone. You have the power to go all out to try and make a customers day which is nice, but often you can feel that you never really get to finish a task properly before you're moved to the next one.

Friendly people to work with ,Nice place to work with good benefits, variety of tasks in different areas making a good base for learning different skills ,food in staff canteen is subsidised,very friendly place to work .
