Good all in learnt a lot nice people management can be bias at times and show favourites but all in decent place to work was only part time but plenty of OT available.

Overall a good and supportive work culyure

Used to be a great place to work but mainly due to current events/recession the benefits have been greatly reduced.Very little chance of advancement due to constant shrinking of the workforce.Company culture and ethic is still good but the pay is poor. Shame, used to be a great place to work.

Pay is unfair and management can’t manage

Management are more concerned about having reduced merchandise than having enough partners on the tills. As a supervisor your paid the same as a cashier which I think is very unfair. Alot of the partners are under trained or are cutting corners and management don’t do anything to change this. However the perks/benefit are pretty good. 5% pension,25% off John Lewis and waitrose plus discounted cinema tickets.
