Horticultural Worker in Walberton
on 15 November 2018
Was a caring plce to work for
I did really enjoy working with the nursery. And I loved the work I did. I loved having deadlines to do things by. I learned a lot while I was there for the 11 years. and some of the staff were really friendly. The management were friendly, and they supported me throughout my career with them. The hardest part for me was line work, but that's because I had 2 shoulder surgery's and couldn't manage it. I enjoyed all my day there.
Seasonal Staff in Walberton, West Sussex
on 12 November 2017
Friendly place, but long days in the summer
With hours and workload based around the seasons the summer 6 day weeks can get to you. Working on a line means you need to keep up a steady pace all day. They at current, do not allow the use of a radio or personal music devices. There are only two breaks in the day no matter the hours.
