0 stars if I could !! A total disgraceful company!!
The sales manager turns up to interview me in a faded pair of old grey jeans that looked two sizes too small for him. A pair of old scuffed dirty brown shoes that was worn out , desperate for a polish or better just thrown in the garbage..bright red socks (Really) !? A washed out faded mauve checked shirt again two sized two small with a rip up the sleeve .Covered in tattoos and a large overgrown un kept beard !! Honestly I have seen better looking Tra*ps !! With a back drop of a newly opened state of the art showroom .. This should of sent the alarm bells ringing in my head straight away !!The interview was laughable.Clearly had no experience what so ever. Arranged for me to come back a few days later for some product training ... this consisted of a 20 minute chat with a sales rep from a supplier that just happened to be calling . I suggested maybe arranged for me to go out with one of there pets to be shown the ropes O yes that’s a good idea I’ll do that he said !....the morning I was suppose to meet the rep he emailed in saying he was ill ! So rather than let there appointments (customers down) I offered to visit them myself bearing in mind this was my time and my fuel. Out of a day visiting there customers advising the best I could , taking all the measurements and details required one of the customer ordered a full house of windows (9) and a pair of french doors. The customer actually rang me and thanked me for my efforts and for calling on my own and told meHe had paced his order. Walkers windows have not contacted me since the day I offered to help.Nor paid me a penny for my efforts !!A total disgrace of a company unprofessional greedy and selfish . Clearly do not care about anyone but them selfs ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

Rewarding if you put the graft in just like anything else!
Rewarding if you’re willing to work hard and long just like any job, especially sales. The company and job is fast paced due to their growth and success over the years.

Wouldn’t ever go back
Absolutely horrible place to work for! The management act as if you’re a nuisance for asking for help and you’re constantly told to lie to customers. When customers are understandably annoyed, it’s left to the person picking up the phone to take the wrath just for other people not doing their job. Management aren’t interested in decent customer service, their aftersales is an absolute shambles!Constantly micromanaged!!!! And nit picked on EVERYTHING. I was made to feel very uncomfortable in my interview and I didn’t want to accept the job but needed a job. On the job advert the salary was shown, then I was told I would be working for less money for the first month, then review it afterwards, I was also told I would be working 9 hour days with chance of it being reduced later on - this was all told to me and not actually asked. During my first week I felt I was expected to work over as everyone else did and that I wasn’t really entitled to my lunch break. I left after 3 weeks as it was just absolutely awful place to work for.

Awful people to work for
Awful company, owners are unscrupulous, dishonest and bullies, only caring about getting customers hard earned money. Customer care from managers/owners is non-existent and employees told to constantly lie to customers. A very high staff turnover and unless you're a brown noser you won't last long. Avoid this company.

If you're a manager - look elsewhere
Micro-Management on steroids, awful working environment with several decision making members of staff way, way out of their depth. Run their business on dictation and 'closed shop' philosophies & to complete the set, also terrible payers of their staff. Avoid at all costs if you value your career.
