What would you do with an angry customer
Applied for driver, turned down. Was asked what i felt was more important 1) To be perfect and late or 2) Good and on time. Answered good and on time - seemed to be wrong answer. Make up answer 3) Perfect and on time.
Was told 25 days holiday a year all in. I asked for confirmation that that included bank holidays and was told it was. I answered "Thats low, usually 20 days plus 8 bank holidays". Website states it's 25 days plus 8 bank holidays.
Interview seems point based, answer too many questions the wrong way and you'll fail.
Asked if would be able to work shifts and over time if needed
