Really good people in the business

The most useful review selected by IndeedWhat an amazing place to work. Yes it is a household name but the people are what make this business. I had the pleasure of working with some of the best people I have ever worked with within my career. The only reason I left was due to a lack of hybrid working but I would recommend anyone wanting to work for a great business and feel valued to join Warburtons.

Easy going
Bakery Operative (Current Employee) - Bristol - 14 November 2022
A little old fashioned in there outlook on the business but generally a good place to work Training people is a drawn out task it happens but there is no urgency to implement training. Free tea and coffee a susadized canteen extra doah that money of shopping through a Web site and a reasonable pension scheme that the company contributes too
