Jobs ok, managers don’t have a clue, turn over of driver ridiculous. Got they favourite, and it’s not a 6 week introduction. More 2/3 days and use the excuse short of drivers, it’s a fast pace. To much picking

Not a terrible job

Class 2 HGV Driver (Former Employee) - Banbury - 30 August 2023

I worked there for 9 months and it served its purpose, I was able to finish early enough to pick my kids up from school, and it was my first HGV driving job so got some experience on my CV. The job itself isn’t too bad, but you don’t get any training, so your first few weeks you’re learning on the job, which can be stressful, but once you’re settled the job is as easy as you make it.

Very good place to work but definitely not for everyone

Not bad place to work, trucks are a bit old and tired.But they starting to swapping the fleet. Not for everyone as you require to assist loading and offloading the trailer, to be fair is very easy and I don’t have problem with it. Mostly you working through bank holidays weekends.Is definitely good place to work if you have young kids as you finish your work on time or before time, and definitely that’s the reason why I will stay with them until my kids will not grow ;)
